Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean, unworn, and securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, attach it to your box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
